Upon booking, a short google forms will be sent to the email you provided. Leah OGrady Art cannot accept a child into their care without the form filled out and returned.

Booking
Places cannot be provisionally booked. Once you have decided on your course and its dates, please make the appropriate payment. Bookings cannot be accepted without the appropriate payment. A booking is not definite until confirmed by Leah OGrady Art via email.

Payment and Cancellations.
Payment of full amount of course fee is required where the customer books to secure a place. Cancellations and complete refunds will be permitted up until 7 days before the commencement of the Workshop. 50% of the total course fee will act as a non-refundable deposit in the case of cancellation within 7 days before commencement of the Art Camp.

All cancellations made by the customer must be made via email to leahogradyart@gmail.com.

Data Protection
Personal information requested by the centre at the time of booking or any subsequent information is held in its original form and on computer. The centre is the Data Controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1988 and will process your data in accordance with the act. Leah OGrady Art will not divulge your information onto Third Parties. By providing us with your information to process a booking, you agree that your personal information can be: Held and accessed by Leah OGrady Art.

Valuables
Please do not bring any valuables on the premises as we cannot accept responsibility for the security of any valuables either on our premises or in the care of Leah OGrady Art.
